documentary support of planning and organization

educational process

The curriculum of the specialty is the main official document that regulates the composition of academic disciplines, their volume and types of attestation of students' knowledge. It is based on:

State educational standard higher professional education for the specialty (direction);

An exemplary curriculum developed by the UMO in this specialty (direction).

The curriculum developer is the graduating department.

The task of the curriculum is to determine the structure by blocks of disciplines, establish the sequence of the studied disciplines, balance the academic load on the student by periods and forms of study (classroom hours and independent work), the number of control points of the student's semester reporting.

cycle DS - disciplines of specialization;

FTD - electives.

Separately, types of practice, independent work of the student, types of final state certification of knowledge (exam, comprehensive exam, thesis project, final work, etc.).

Whole set academic disciplines within each cycle must have a logical sequence in the study. Each next discipline within the cycle relies on educational material previous disciplines.

For each discipline of the curriculum indicate the number of hours:

By type of classes (lectures, seminars and workshops, laboratory classes, independent work);

Type of knowledge control (test, exam, differentiated test);

Special types of work (term paper, course project, settlement and graphic assignments, settlement assignments).

The maximum allowable numerical parameters of the curriculum are:

The term for mastering the main educational program for the preparation of a graduate;

The maximum volume of the student's study load per week, including all types of his classroom and extracurricular (independent) study work;

The volume of the student's classroom lessons per week;

The number of exams, tests and special types of work in the academic year;

The total amount of vacation time in the academic year.

Educational standards establish a maximum number of student hours of 54 hours per week, including all types of classroom and extracurricular academic work.

Curricula are drawn up for each year of admission and for each form of study.

The form and structure of the curriculum are the same for specific forms of education (full-time, part-time, using remote technology etc.).

The curriculum consists of sections:

Schedule of the educational process;

Summary of time budget data;

Directly the plan of the educational process;

Optional disciplines;

Educational practices;

Industrial practice;

Graduation qualification works;

State exams.

When compiling the curriculum, the following source materials are used, established by the educational management:

Schedule of the educational process and summary data on the budget of time (at the suggestion of the department, it is possible to change the duration of educational and production practices);

List of proposed optional disciplines;

List of studying disciplines of the humanitarian and socio-economic cycles;

List of disciplines: ecology, life safety and a number of disciplines of natural science and general professional cycles;

Classroom hours per week for semesters;

The maximum number of exams and credits per semester;

List of attestation tests.

When planning the total amount of work of a student in hours by cycles of disciplines, it is necessary to be guided by the volumes established by the educational standard of higher vocational education. The limit of discrepancy, which regulates the educational standard, as a rule, is from 5 to 10%.

When compiling the curriculum, in the column "Student workload, hour" the type of work (classroom workload and independent work) is planned, the total number of hours is determined by the HPE standard. No more than 50% of the total number of hours is allocated to classroom lessons.

The number of hours of all types of classes allotted for a lecture course and laboratory or practical (seminar) classes in a particular discipline is recommended to be divided by semesters and, accordingly, by the number of weeks in them according to the following scheme:

if 2 hours a week are allotted for classroom lessons, then the breakdown into a lecture course and a practical course is made at the rate of either 1 + 1, or 1.5 + 0.5, or 2 + 0;

if 3 hours a week are allotted for classroom lessons, then the breakdown into a lecture course and a practical course is 2 + 1 (1 + 2), or 1.5 + 1.5, or 2.5 + 0.5, respectively.

2. Requirements for the design of the curriculum:(Attachment 1)

On the title page curriculum (in the center) indicates:

The name of the higher education institution and the name of the Ministry in charge of which it is located;

Direction of training of a graduate, specialty;

Specialization;

Year of admission, group numbering;

Registration number, date of the educational standard on the basis of which the curriculum was drawn up;

The form of education is prescribed (full-time, part-time, part-time).

In the upper part of the left side of the curriculum is stamped "APPROVED", the signature of the first vice-rector of the South State University and the date of approval.

In the upper part of the right side, the qualification of a specialist (for example, an engineer) and the period of study (5 years) are prescribed.

Theoretical training;

Credit weeks;

Exam sessions;

Holidays;

All types of practice;

Diploma design;

State certification.

When drawing up the schedule of the educational process (EP), it is necessary to pay attention to the compliance of the number of weeks with the requirements of the State Educational Standard of the Higher Professional Education: theoretical training, examination sessions, practices (the name of the practice must exactly match the wording in the State Educational Standard of the Higher Professional Education), etc.

The number of weeks in the study schedule should correspond to the summary of the time budget (in weeks) for each course of study.

Further, the curriculum indicates a list of academic disciplines by cycles in accordance with the state educational standard of higher professional education, recommended for study by semesters and courses (plan of the educational process).

Each cycle of disciplines of the curriculum should include disciplines of the federal component, disciplines of the national-regional (university) component, disciplines of the student's choice (at least 2, combined with each other and assigned to one department). Optional disciplines are indicated in a separate block with a total labor intensity of at least 450 hours and a form of control - test. Optional disciplines provided by the curriculum are not mandatory for the student to study.

At the end of the curriculum, the total number of hours of study sessions for the entire curriculum (general, classroom, independent, lecture, seminar, laboratory workload), the weekly number of hours per semester, the number of exams and the number of credits for each semester, the number of course projects and / or term papers.

Name of the practice: educational (introductory, folklore, computer science, etc.), production (which one);

Diploma project or final qualifying work;

State exams.

In order to optimize the educational process, it is necessary in the curriculum to provide for the possibility of creating streams of study groups to study the lecture course of a particular academic discipline, determining the same number of hours for its study. The disciplines of the GSE cycle - general humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines - must be fully used to create intra-faculty streams, including both federal and regional (university) components, as well as disciplines of the student's choice.

The curriculum is drawn up in Microsoft Excel and provided to the educational and methodological department in printed and electronic form (Appendix 1).

The developed curriculum is signed by the head of the graduating department and the dean of the faculty and is submitted for verification and approval to the UMU.

The educational and methodological department checks the compliance of the curriculum with the requirements of the educational standard and ensures its further execution: signatures of the head of the educational and methodological department, head of the educational and methodological department, vice-rector for academic work, approval of the curriculum by the first vice-rector.

The original curriculum is stored in the educational and methodological department. Copies of the curriculum certified by the UMU are sent to the graduating department and to the dean's office.

Planning of training sessions.

The final document for planning training sessions is the schedule of training sessions.

The planning of training sessions is carried out by the educational and methodological department in the following sequence:

Drawing up a linear schedule of university studies for each academic year (Appendix 2);

Calculation of the volume of educational assignments of the departments (Appendix 3);

Drawing up notices to departments on training assignments (Appendix 4);

Drawing up work plans for classes (Appendix 5);

Drawing up a schedule of training sessions.

The linear schedule of training sessions is compiled on the basis of curricula for all courses and specialties.

After coordinating the project with the deans of the faculties, the linear schedule of training sessions is approved by the first vice-rector of the South State University, multiplied and sent to structural units and to departments.

Based on the approved linear schedule of training sessions and curricula, the volumes of educational work of the departments for the next academic year are calculated.

3.1. The volume of educational work of the department

In this document, all types of work are calculated (lectures, consultations, practical and laboratory classes, course projects and work, exams, tests, reviewing tests, settlement and graphic works, calculation tasks, final qualifying works, reviewing WRC, State exam in the specialty, educational and industrial practices of students, postgraduate workload).

From this document, you can see the entire load on the department, planned in accordance with the order on fixing disciplines for the current academic year, time standards for academic work, the current student population and the planned student population of the 1st year.

The head of the department analyzes:

Volumes by types of load in order to plan the load of the PPP by category;

The list of disciplines, practices and other types of training assignments for the formation of a qualitative composition of the teaching staff of the department.

3.2. Department Notice

This is the main document for scheduling YuSU as a whole and for each teacher of the department.

The head of the department introduces the position, full name of the teachers in the notices. In addition, the head of the department checks the flows, class hours, reporting on curricula.

Notices are filled in legibly with a pen and signed by the head of the department indicating the day, month and year. Then they are submitted to the UMU for approval. All changes to notices are made carefully. For example: the name of the teacher is crossed out with one line, and another surname, name and patronymic are written next to it. Here is the signature and date of the head of the department. The original notice is kept at the UMU, and a copy at the department.

3.3. Draft staffing of the department

3.3.1. The draft staffing table is formed on the basis of the above documents and in accordance with the following algorithm:

Types of jobs

Load distribution percentages

lectures, exams, postgraduate guidance, consultations, SEC, SAC

Professor

term papers and projects, management of final qualifying works, production and undergraduate practice, tests

Professor

Art. teacher

practical exercises, laboratory work, educational practices, settlement and graphic work, verification control works

Professor

Art. teacher

assistant

The study load planned for the next academic year is divided into three categories:

Category 2 includes the following types of work performed by a professor, associate professor and senior lecturer: term papers and projects, supervision of final qualifying theses, industrial and undergraduate practice, tests.

Category 3 includes the following types of work that can be performed by all teachers: practical exercises, laboratory works, educational practices, settlement and graphic work, checking tests and other types of teaching load.

The teaching load of the department consists of the teaching load of the three above categories. The percentage ratios of the distribution of the teaching load of each type between the categories of the teaching staff (PTS) are introduced. The share of the teaching load of the department for each of the three categories of teaching staff:

The draft staffing table of the department for each category of teaching staff is determined by dividing the teaching load of the department of this category by the average annual load of the teaching staff of this category.

3.3.3. The draft staffing table of the department calculated in this way for all categories of teaching staff is transferred from the Educational and Methodological Department to the planning and financial department (PFU) of the university, which then forms draft staffing tables for departments for all faculties (institutes), setting the number of teaching staff of departments by category.

3.3.4. The drafts of the staffing table of departments prepared by the PFU with an indication of the monthly payroll are transferred to the deans of faculties (directors of institutes) and to the departments for their clarification in accordance with the staffing of the teaching staff planned for the next year.

The head of the department clarifies and agrees with the dean of the faculty (director of the institute) the draft staffing table, and then submits it to the PFU for the formation of the staffing table of the teaching staff of the university and its approval by the rector.

3.4. Training assignment cards

A training assignment card is a document in which all types of workload related to the educational work of a particular teacher are entered.

The head of the department, on the basis of the approved curricula, distributes the workload for each teacher and fills out the study assignment cards.

It is necessary to compare the total workload (for full-time and correspondence department) for each teacher with the norms of the teaching load of the teaching staff, adopted for the current academic year in accordance with the "Model regulation on educational institution higher professional education (higher educational institution) Russian Federation".
